Lull Operator/ 10k Telehandler Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Telehandler Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will operate a 10,000-pound telehandler safely and efficiently, performing various tasks on construction sites, warehouses, or other industrial environments. This role requires strong attention to safety, and equipment maintenance skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a 10k telehandler to lift, move, and place materials and equipment as required.
• Perform pre-operation inspections of the telehandler to ensure it is in safe working condition.
• Load and unload materials from trucks and place them in designated areas.
• Navigate the telehandler across various terrains and job site conditions.
• Work closely with other team members to coordinate movements and ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while operating the telehandler.
• Report any mechanical issues or malfunctions to the supervisor and assist with minor maintenance tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring equipment is stored properly when not in use.
• Follow instructions and plans provided by project managers or site supervisors.

Qualifications:

• OSHA 10 
• Valid telehandler operator certification or relevant license.
• Proven experience operating a 10k telehandler or similar heavy equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and practices in construction or industrial settings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and able to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and moving materials.
• Familiarity with basic maintenance procedures and troubleshooting techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other types of heavy machinery.
• Previous experience in a similar role within a specific industry (e.g., construction, manufacturing).
